Picture pages....
Finally got some of my photos from the Chicago trip up and online. I was still getting the hang of the new camera, so there is a lot of blur up there. Just to save all you ladies the effort of asking me, the guy is my buddy Andrew. He took the trip with me.

We just got back from a fun evening up at Red, White and Brew. They had live music up there tonight, BJ, Dave and Dusty. BJ is BJ Avers...a pretty well-known local musician. Dave, I had no clue who he was. And Dusty is a kid I graduated with. They were really good!! Played a lot of AOR type stuff. Eagles, Jimmy Buffet, Jim Croce, John Cougar Mellencamp, etc... the place was pretty full with people and it was just a really nice change-of-pace for Elmore.

Chitown
I took Friday off and spent the weekend in Chicago!! Went with Andrew and saw a BGSU Basketball game. A good time was had by all. The Falcons lost at DePaul, but they showed some promise, so it wasn't all bad.
Had some great food, saw lots of great things, and saw an INCREDIBLE show at Second City!
Let me tell ya, if you get the chance to visit the Second City, do it! Lots of great talent has come through the Second City "system" and if the Friday night show was any indication, that pipeline is alive and well!! We actually saw the show on the ETC Stage.
I took quite a few photos, I'll get them uploaded in the next day or so.
Back to the grind for a new week. A short week, but a week none-the-less.
BIG football game on Tuesday. The annual BG/UT game. It's at Toledo's Glassbowl this year. The game will be on ESPN2...tune in for two of the nation's best unheralded young quarterbacks in Bruce Gradkowski and Omar Jacobs. (Watch for Omar on the Heisman watch lists for the next 2 years!!)

Long time gone...
Well, after a bit of a hiatus, I'm back. Yeah, like anyone missed me anyhow.
My blog got spammed something fierce, and everytime I tried to clean it up via MovableType's interface, it would crash the "server," so I decided to go in via MySQL and do it old-school! Mmmmmmmmmm... SQL.....
Been a while since I've posted anything, so I really don't know where to pick up. BGSU football is rolling along!! Without TOO much debate, I think they can claim the title of best football team in Ohio right now (including the Browns and Bengals...lol). Big game coming up a week from tonight against the Rockets.
I hosted a pre-game get-together for the BG football game last weekend. Rented a tent from the university and everything. The turnout from members of Ay-ziggy-zoomba.com was on the verge of overwhelming!! Photos are online on the Ay-ziggy-zoomba.com gallery pages.
I'm without a television right now, which is actually quite refreshing. Our TV died, I took it in for repair today, they said it'll be a week or so.
Heading to Chicago with Andrew for the weekend. I took Friday off from work and we're going to make a weekend out of it around a BG basketball game. Thank GOD it's basketball season again! I like football well enough, but hoops is where my heart is!!
