This was a great car too! 1967 Chevrolet Caprice. It had the 300 HP 327 engine from the Corvette in it with a 750CFM Holley four-barrel carb. It also had 15" Corvette rally rims. This was a BIG car that was fast too. One interesting fact about this car, it had the Turbo-hydramatic 3-speed automatic transmission which came with an interesting feature. If you started the car in 1, or low gear, floored it and kept it floored, it would automatically shift into second at the engine's redline, spinning the tires at about 50 MPH with a hard shift into second! This was a HUGE car that went 0 - 60 in under 7 seconds!!!
It started to show signs of wear and I was starting to commute for my last year of college...8-9 mpg doesn't cut it commuting, so I sold it to a local kid who didn't treat it very well...it no longer exists... (moment of silence)
